Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia): FREE (7–15 business days after dispatch)
Express Shipping (Australia): $15.00 AUD (5–8 business days after dispatch)
Standard International Shipping: $20.00 AUD (10–20 business days after dispatch)

Order Tracking
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the postal carrier's portal.
